My main goal is that the student's needs are met:

  • The student will learn what interests them. Some common requests are basic music theory, lead sheets, tabs, grand staff sheet music, sight reading, or the “I want to play *insert title(s) here* song(s),” etc.

  •  All questions are allowed. I encourage questions. The student is typically trying to process and apply what they have been learning when they ask questions. By doing so, the student stays more engaged.

  • Express yourself. This is a judgment-free zone.

  • Most importantly, have fun!
